1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Turnerlivestock.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable guidelines or policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Turnerlivestock.com is an online marketplace connecting livestock sellers and buyers. Blue Spot Limited facilitates listings, transactions, and payment processing but does not own, control, or inspect livestock listed on the Platform.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register and use the Platform.

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • All livestock listings must be accurate, legal, and ethical.

  • Sellers are responsible for compliance with all livestock transportation, veterinary, and trade regulations.

  • Sellers agree to ship/deliver livestock as described and within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must perform due diligence before completing purchases.

  • Blue Spot Limited is not responsible for the condition, health, or genetic claims of any livestock.

6. Fees and Commissions

a. Transaction Commission

Blue Spot Limited charges a 10% commission on the final sale price of each successful transaction, automatically deducted at the point of sale.

b. Withdrawal Fee

Withdrawals from user wallets or platform balances will incur a 1% processing fee, deducted at the time of withdrawal.

c. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to update our fee structure with prior notice.

7. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be processed through the Platform’s integrated payment system.

  • Payouts to sellers will be subject to identity verification and may take 3–7 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a transaction dispute, users agree to first attempt resolution directly. If unresolved, users may escalate the matter to Blue Spot Limited, whose decision is final. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse payments in the event of fraudulent or disputed transactions.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

10. Intellectual Property
